We wanted a place that allowed us to tune in … and so the mission began …

This 200 year old house and garden has been lovingly transformed to provide a space where we can retreat, rejuvenate, focus and allow for creativity to flow. The donkey shed is now a studio space, ( 33 sqm, wood and dance floor), and is a perfect place for creative groups to explore, work and play.

Blip base is nestled in a quiet village in the Weinviertel, Lower Austria. Beyond our back gate you can take a five minute walk up to an old celtic place where you can take in the panoramic of the soft hilly landscape.

We have communal areas for eating and relaxing inside our home and winter garden. In our large nature loving garden you can always find a secret spot or in a hammock when you want some time for yourself. Accommodation is available – you can choose to sleep in a shared bedroom, or in a private tent ( with mattress and bedding).
