Move with the body’s wisdom (Authentic Movement & SPT)
Rest, listen, and be without pressure to perform
Share silence, meals, and gentle rituals
Mark the seasonal shift with presence, not urgency

This isn’t about learning more or “fixing” yourself — it’s about remembering what your body already knows.
